    Hello,

I currently use the Executive Pro Theme for my website.

As in the theme demo (http://demo.studiopress.com/executive/), I have a slider with an image on the right and an area on the left which display the page title and text excerpts from the associated page.

I would like to put custom text in this area instead of the page excerpts. How can I do this?

    Thanks

    Pierre

Maybe try the custom page excerpts field and see what happens.

Where is that setting? I tried the "Display post excerpts" setting but it did not work.

Its only available for posts on the Edit screen below the editor. Otherwise check the screen options in the top right hand corner.
