    have a logo that I want to put into Lifestyle Pro its 210px by 248px so functions.php has

    //* Add support for custom header
    add_theme_support( 'custom-header', array(
    	'header_image'    => '',
    	'header-selector' => '.site-title a',
    	'header-text'     => false,
    	'height'          => 210,
    	'width'           => 248,
    ) );

    Done heaps of tweaks to .site-header (including "overflow")

    Currently running below which is pretty standard.

    .site-header {
    	background-color: #76d2c5;
    	padding: 48px;
    	overflow: hidden;
    }

    I would appreciate any tips on how to resolve this one

    Make sure the values for the width and height in the Site Header section match the size of your image in your style.css file.

    Thanks Brad,

    The was the first thing that I tried, it makes the area bigger but the logo remains partially rendered, leaving me perplexed

    Change your min-height from 110px to 248px.

    .header-image .site-title a {
           float: left;
           min-height: 248px;
           width: 100%;
    }
