I'm looking for a way to customize just the image attachment pages on a website using the Genesis / News Pro theme. Right now, they output in a way that looks very similar to new posts (with an author listed). I'd like to have the "entry-meta" removed JUST from image attachment pages. Any ideas?

You can use a conditional tag with the filter too do that

    Or

You can create a attachment.php or image.php and add the code directly to the file.

It sounds like creating a new .php file is the best way to go. Is there a tutorial somewhere online explaining how to do that within the Genesis / News Pro theme?

Perhaps your searching can yield more easily accessible fruit than my day of searching. I've found tutorials that kinda talk about how to create something like a new .php file, but nothing specific to what I'm trying to do. So I'm interested in what you - or anyone - can find.
