I know I will probably feel embarrassed by the answer but when is it best to use the Custom HTML widget instead of the Text widget.

Using Agency Pro and am getting prompted to use the Custom HTML widget whenever I use the Text widget. At first glance, I see little difference.

The Text widget will strip out additional HTML. So use the Custom HTML when adding items that need specific HTML.
