Custimizing Header Font In Lifestyle Pro Theme

Hi Forum.
It's been a long time since I've been here. But i really could use your help now. 🙁 . I have been trying to change the font type in title of my header. I have placed the required code in the functions .php and replaced the font type I chose from Google fonts to the CSS site-title font-family. The problem is the font is still the same when I refresh and view. Can someone help me please. Tell me where I'm going wrong? Thank you so much. Here is the code I placed in the functions. php

I am seeing Noto Sans. Clear your caching plugin in WordPress and also clear your browser cache, not just refresh.
