Can anyone point me in the right direction for styling my menu on staging.summitathleticclub.com/ to look like the screenshot below?

Screenshot is taken from our live site summitathleticclub.com that is using a purchased theme. Just playing around with a re-design but this is definitely not my area of expertise.
