    Hi everyone!
    I have 2 sister websites using two different Genesis Child Themes and WooCommerce.
    The first site is http://www.organic-wellbeing.com and the second is http://www.chi-analysis.com.
    I was trying to add the following code to both sites in the child theme style.css to adjust image sizes for the WooCommerce shopping cart instead of changing it in woocommerce.css (which of course will be overwritten with updates). However, the changes weren't going through.
    So I ended up loading the JetPack plugin and using the Custom CSS part which allowed the changes to go through on the Organic Wellbeing site.
    I haven't yet done it on the http://www.Chi-Analysis.com site and wanted to see if there is something that I am missing that would not allow additions to the style.css file.
    Can anyone tell me if there is a setting or something that would allow additions to the style.css?

    Here is the code:

    body div.product div.images img, body #content div.product div.images img {
    width: auto; }

    .woocommerce #respond input#submit.alt,
    .woocommerce a.button.alt,
    .woocommerce button.button.alt,
    .woocommerce input.button.alt {
    background-color: #ff473a !important;
    color: #fff;
    }

    .woocommerce #respond input#submit.alt:hover,
    .woocommerce a.button.alt:hover,
    .woocommerce button.button.alt:hover,
    .woocommerce input.button.alt:hover {
    background-color: #333;
    }

    Thanks!
    Vanessa

    Hi Vanessa,

    you can use this plugin from Carrie Dils: http://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-style-trump

    In this post she explains what is going on:
    carriedils.com/woocommerce-genesis-important-style/

    I already had that installed on the Organic Wellbeing site and it didn't work. But I will try uninstalling and reinstalling.
    Thanks!

    Oddly enough, that plugin works for changing colors but doesn't work for changing the Img size from 100% to Auto.

    Hi,

    is it by design that those three css classes at the bottom of the style sheet are within the last media query?

    What is the reason you changed the css selector from .woocommerce div.product div.images img
    to body div.product div.images img?
    body is less specific than .woocommerce and therefore needs the important.
