1.) I have the following site where the footer does not function correctly on all screen dimensions on the "home page". I need this setup to be more responsive.

In 1600X900 dimensions the footer displays almost correctly. You'll notice it still drops below the viewable area on the home page. On sites where the resolution height is below 900, the footer disappears entirely. I want the footer to "snap" to the bottom of the screen on the home page.

2.) On "inside" pages I'd like the footer to appear after the content so the #1 requirement means it can't be fixed.

3.) I'd also like Remove/Hide the "Welcome" white box so that it does not affect the display/design of the site.

    URL of website: http://bit.ly/1ro8FtA

Ultimately, I'd like the footer to emulate the "home" page and insides pages like this site: http://bit.ly/1utkt1n

    Any ideas?
