Is it possible to setup a template page that may have prefilled out information (a paragraph of information or listing of items that are the same for many pages) that an end user (with limited role... possibly will use Wishlist for this) that can select this template and complete it with all the other information already prefilled out.

Don't have a clue... can someone please explain?
