I'd like to create a template page for my client that would enable them to enter 4 things for a specific product
    (1) An Image of a product
    (2) The Name of the product
    (3) The Description of the product
    (4) The Price of the product

The layout will be the same for each product and there will be more than one product on the page. Do I use custom post types for this?

You can create a custom post type for products. If you only have a couple, you can even get away with using pages but a CPT would be the cleanest way to go. For custom fields, I use the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. It's easy to use and very flexible. You can add a field group to any post type and even single pages.
