Hoping someone can help. I am currently using the modern blogger pro theme and I would like to create a visual recipe index. My hope would be that when a post is tagged with a category that it will automatically pull the featured image and add it to the index page under that category and clicking on the photo will take you to the post.

My previous theme (craftiness) did that with a custom categories template.

Any idea how to create this or is there a plugin that can do this.

Thanks for any help you can provide!

You could create a portfolio CPT with custom taxonomy support.

Did you recently which was 6 columns wide and any amount of rows with pagination. Easy with Genesis.

    Here's an example:

    Vignettes

Or create a page template with widgets and use the Genesis Featured Posts widgets in the wigdet areas.

Is there a tutorial that is easy to follow as I have very basic knowledge of this type of thing?

    Thanks for you help!
