I'm not new to WordPress, having a blog, or hacking a template. I'm not sure what it is, but no matter what set of directions I follow, nothing seems to work. Nothing!

Let's start with something easy. I want the social media buttons to show up on my page. I've followed every step of what's described here (http://www.restored316designs.com/themes/craftiness-theme-faqs/#remove-slider) and when I save it and go back to refresh my live page (http://glittermeetsglue.com)? Nothing. They aren't there.

Same thing with my tabs but one battle at a time. Anyone can help before I throw in the towel? I really, really wish these design templates were sold with all the features shown in the demo already set up. It would make life so much easier in figuring out how to tweak them.

Never mind on that. The directions on the designer's website are incomplete. They should say that after you drag over the custom menu widget, you have to click the EDIT button, hit "select menu," and find the name of the menu tab you called it. I called mine "Social" and now when I do that, they appear. I didn't use a title even though they ask for one because that put some text in a weird spot on the page.
