Converting Thesis Hooks into Genesis

Hi,

I have several hooks in my Thesis theme and would like to find out the best way to convert them for use in Genesis. An example is the code below where I insert a "Read the full article" link at the end of the post. You can find an example here > http://thefinance.sg/2014/10/02/six-reasons-why-property-is-not-an-antifragile-investment/

As you can see, I will also be adding my ads and subscription box below the Read the full article as well. If there is a simpler way besides coding, please let me know too.
