    I am using the Lifestyle Pro theme on my main site as follows:

    http://www.spanish-fiestas.com/

    You can see that the header area is a fairly standard usage.

    More and more I am seeing very minimalist header areas such as this one:

    http://www.cruisemapper.com/

    What is the easiest way for me to convert my existing header area to one like the above example?

    Hi,

    not sure if you should be concerned about a minimalist header...

    One way would be to get rid of the top navigation.
    Replace the ad with a custom menu to replace the menu underneath the logo...

    I doubt your logo would look as good if it is as small as the other websites'
