I just started building a new site using the lovely Jessica theme by Web Savvy Marketing. It is a Genesis child theme, WooCommerce compatible, and came to me highly recommended.

When I activate Genesis Connect for WooCommerce page content disappears. There are several threads about this issue on the web.

WooCommerce is a real pain to style and we really need a tool like Genesis Connect. It hasn't been updated for over a year.

    Is there any hope?

    Thanks!

    Have you installed WooCommerce pages?

I'm using Genesis Connect for WooCommerce on dozens of Genesis based websites without issue. There has only been one site I've had problems with Genesis Connect and that was on a site where the owner had installed a theme by Web Savvy. We ended up moving away from the Web Savvy theme and used a Studio Press theme. The problems disappeared. I don't think your issue is with the Genesis Connect plugin.
