I am utilizing the Freelance Theme and was wondering if there is a way to move the "Share Your Experience" or comment box above the comments/ feedback.

I'd like to have the box appear at the top or in both locations.

This in your functions.php file should do it.

remove_action( 'genesis_comment_form', 'genesis_do_comment_form' );
add_action( 'genesis_before_comments' , 'genesis_do_comment_form' );
