Column Classes Question

Hi, I already use http://my.studiopress.com/tutorials/content-column-classes/ alot,

but now client ask me make some like this http://u.hendratok.com/images/untitlror.jpg

<div class="one-half first">content</div>
<div class="one-third">content</div>

but dint work, anyone can help me please?
