    Trying to change colors and do not currently have the option.

    In the customize menu set, there is no tab for "Colors" as there usually is.

    In Design Palette Pro, all color options are deselected i.e. You can see "color base, hover," etc. but there is no associated fields with it to change the color.

    Any advice is genuinely appreciated. Thank you.

    I am having the same problem. It's disappointing to see that you haven't had a reply to your question from over a month ago. Where you able to get it working again, and if so, would you share what worked for you?
