    Okay so I installed the Genesis Framework Parent Theme.

    Then I installed the Genesis Sample Child Theme.

    The child theme is activated.

    When I go to the stylesheet via Aperance>Editor and make changes nothing happens when I save those changes.

    For example:

    The default background-color for the site-header is white

    .site-header {
    background-color: #fff;
    }

    The problem is if I change that color to red and save my changes it doesnt work.

    .site-header {
    background-color: red;
    }

    To make sure im not crazy i even added an !important attribute

    .site-header {
    background-color: red!important;
    }

    How do i get the child theme style sheet to work with the site?

    The link to the site is https://www.westcoastvapesupply.com/blog/

    Thanks!
