Changing the Background Image in Metric

Here's the site: http://reiddevelopment.ca/summa - I would have thought that by replacing the bg.png image it would have put in the entire background - meaning no blue background - the entire top half of the site should have the repeating green image. Can anyone show me how to get the entire top of the site to have the green image?

This is what I did:

background: #002838 url(http://reiddevelopment.ca/summa/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/bgstrip.jpg) repeat-x;
color: #444444;
font-size: 12px;
font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Verdana;
margin: 0 auto 0;
padding: 0;

Find this:

.home #wrap, .home-page #wrap, .blog #wrap {

    background: url("images/wrap.png") no-repeat scroll center top transparent;
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 0;

}

Replace it with this:

.home #wrap, .home-page #wrap, .blog #wrap {

    background: transparent;
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 0;

}

What was odd to me is I've changed the background image many times before by replacing the image file. Never an issue. Today I didn't have quick FTP access to my client's host so I replaced the URL. I have no idea why I had to change the wrap to transparent.

You changed the image to the BACKGROUND... the code I gave you was for the HEADER WRAP.
