    Now that I've updated the background colors for a good friend, he wants to move the text (on the left margin) and the picture (on the right margin) on the category pages away from the edge.

    Example page = http://rollercoastermedialibrary.com/content/books/

    Of course, when you click on the actual (individual) posts, those margins are just fine, so what is the best way to clean up this alignment?

    changing:
    #content, #content-sidebar-wrap {
    -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    float: left;
    padding-top: 40px;
    width: 100%;
    }

    to this:

    #content, #content-sidebar-wrap {
    -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #FFFFFF;
    float: left;
    padding: 40px 20px;
    width: 100%;
    }
    (note: the 20px adjusts the left and right padding)
    would do what you want but if you have any primary or secondary sidebars on any pages, you would have to adjust their widths so not to exceed the width of their containing div.

    That's the same thing I was going to suggest... Changing your padding-top: 40px; to padding: 40px 20px; should solve the issue.

    It worked this time... wonder if it was a cache issue or some syntax error (although I did not get an error). Thanks again!
