    Hi,
    I'm pretty familiar with CSS . I'm using Lifestyle pro. I want to change the color of the link text. I change the number in the following line of the CSS under the Typographical elements:

    a {
    color: #000;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    But no matter what color I put in there, the color doesn't change on my site. There is a light green in there now and I need a darker color.
    Thanks for any help you can give me.

    Hi Diane,

    You've chosen to use the 'green' theme colour in the Genesis settings, so many elements will follow this colour scheme. The links you're targeting aren't affected by the simple "a" selector, because ".lifestyle-pro-green a" is more specific.

    Change the link colour by modifying the CSS at lines 1593-1598:

    .lifestyle-pro-green .archive-pagination li a:hover,
    .lifestyle-pro-green .archive-pagination li.active a,
    .lifestyle-pro-green .entry-title a:hover,
    .lifestyle-pro-green a  {
    	color: #84cc78;
    }

    Choose your next site design from over 350 Genesis themes.
