Changing footer credits

[alliechynna]

Hi I added this code to my footer to change the credits and was wondering what do I need to change so that I can have lines instead of dots.

/** Customize the credits */add_filter( 'genesis_footer_creds_text', 'custom_footer_creds_text' );

function custom_footer_creds_text() {

echo '<div class="creds"><p>';

echo 'Copyright © ';

echo date('Y');

echo ' · Allie Chynna · Designed by 21st Street Designs · Login';

echo '</p></div>';

}

just change them out

echo ‘ · Allie Chynna | Designed by 21st Street Designs | Login‘;

Thanks, but not quite sure what you mean not very good with php.

I would like to have lines like the footer credits on this site.

Do you see the 3 dots?

Now, where you see a dot, replace each with a pipe symbol (what you call a vertical line, which on my Mac keyboard is above the "\" key.)
