    find the following code:
    body,
    h1,
    h2,
    h2 a,
    h2 a:visited,
    h3,
    h4,
    h5,
    h6,
    p,
    select,
    textarea {

    and change font-family: "Century Gothic",AppleGothic,Arial,sans-serif;
    to your font of choice

    hope that helps!

    what do I change then? The part that is "Century Gothic"? Or do I change all the 4 different font types listed? Or does each font represent a font in some areas of the blog, if so, which font is for which section of the blog?

    You should change the Century Gothic font, and quite possibly the AppleGothic font (if you don't like that particular font).  The reason you see four fonts is that some browsers can't read certain fonts, so there are fall-back fonts; Arial is a pretty standard web-friendly font and can be read by pretty much all browsers, and doesn't need to be replaced. The same with san-serif, which isn't a font per se, but a style of font. (Arial is a sans-serif font; Times New Roman, on the other hand is a serif font).

    Thanks Susan, that cleared up the confusion.

    And thanks Ozzy for your help.
