    Hi, I have created a new page template and have added the following css to the site wrap in my stylesheet to try and widen the wrap on the pages using the template.

    .page-template-privatepage .wrap {
    width: 95% !important;
    }

    But the origonal wrap on the pages is overwriting this is there any way around this.

    .wrap {
    	margin: 0 auto;
    	max-width: 1140px;
    }

    Did you mean the page template itself or a page with the page template on it?

    This is a page with the page template in use.

    This works:

    .page-template-privatepage .wrap {
        margin: 0 auto;
        max-width: 10%!important;
    }
