Change Post Title styling

Hi, I am trying to change the font weight or colour of the Post titles on to make them easier to read this page.

I am using this short code with the plugin "Posts In Page" to call up the posts.

[ic_add_posts category='training']

The theme I am using in InSpyr. The support for the developer told me to add this code however it makes no changes.
