Change Post Info content and add Last Modified date

I want to change the post info content from:
Posted On DATE Written by AUTHOR

to read:
Published: DATE Author: AUTHOR

I also want to include the last modified date on a second line but I've been searching the files and cannot find where I adjust this.

I'm using Focus Pro theme.

You change the details using the genesis_post_info filter: https://my.studiopress.com/documentation/snippets/entry-header-html5/customize-the-entry-header/

It's easier if you use the Genesis Simple Edits plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-simple-edits/

The shortcode for the last modified date is [post_modified_date]

Thank you Victor. I had previously installed the Simple Edits plugin but when I activated it, the entire post_info on my posts disappeared. I just edited the content though and saved and it all came back.

Which file contains the "Filed Under" and "Tagged With" references in the entry-meta as I have put the prefix I want to use into the Simple Edits plugin but it is showing both options now.

Focus Pro has some code in functions.php that affects genesis_post_info. Comment out the add filter around line 78:

// add_filter( 'genesis_post_info', 'post_info_filter' );
