    Hi there,
    someone gave me a good idea in another thread but then I haven't been able to get an answer to this questions so I'm posting it in the design section where I think it belongs.

    Is it possible to change the pagination inside posts (<!nextpage>) from 1-2-3 to 2014-2015-2016 etc. and how?
    And I would like the pagination links to be displayed at the top of the article and not at the bottom. How do you get that?

    Note: Of course when navigating the archives I still want the pagination to be displayed as 1, 2 , 3 etc.

    Does anybody have any suggestions?
