Change Hyperlink Decoration Corporate Pro

I am trying to change the hyperlink decoration in Corporate Pro.

Currently it's blue with blue underline and grey on hover, which works great on white background, but when I have a link in category with a custom image the grey disappears.

I want to change to blue text link and underline on hover

Inspecting the CSS it seems to point to a a: web-kit-any link which I can't find

Does anyone know where this is?

I think I have worked it out, it's just the inspector was not much help as it just said a: webkit-any-link which I couldn't find

I still have a bit of tweaking but have managed to work through the style.css by hand.

What I am looking for now is how to move the underline away from the text a bit, its just about touching it.
