    Hi,

    How can I change the background-color of the excerpt box in the Responsive slider? I have tried this:

    .genesis-responsive-slider .slide-excerpt {
    background-color: #492714!important;
    }

    This doesn't work (my color code is for a brown--not the default black). Is there something wrong with my code?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    you can change the the background-color from #222 to #482714 around line 890 in the style.css:

    .content .genesis_responsive_slider .slide-excerpt {
        background-color: #222;
        height: 100%;
        margin: 0px;
        padding: 4% 5.5%;
        opacity: 1;
    }

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! My problem was I used dashes instead of underscores in the ".genesis_repsonsive_slider" part. I've changed it and it works now.
