Change Border & Text Color for Single Footer Widget – Enterprise Pro

Hi StudioPress,

I'm having trouble figuring out how to change the color of the text and border in one footer widget in Enterprise Pro.

It is for this site http://voicesforchild.staging.wpengine.com/

I've attached a screenshot of the far right color I want to change:

I've tried several solutions with no luck, the most recent being:

.footer-widgets-3 widget-area .widget-title widgettitle {
border-top: 10px; solid #082a43
}

It seems that I'm close on this but am obviously missing something. Any help would really be appreciated. Thank you!

try
.footer-widgets-3 .widget-title
for the border and
.footer-widgets-3 h4
for the text color

That solved the text color, thank you!

Unfortunately the border code results in the border disappearing completely for some reason.

I left that code on the site for now in case you have some other ideas.
