Have spent about 3 hours on this so can some one please help out a noob?

I bought the genesis framework theme because it was suggested as it is highly customisable. That is, if you can code.

I really want to change the colour of my menu bar and the background to a charcoal grey colour.

This is the theme which is the standard Genesis Framework theme. http://www.freelifenow.net
