    If you look at rworldproperties.com right now, you'll see I have a white header background. A little further down (under "get a free marketing audit") you'll see the button hover effect has a white background also. The same CSS seems to control both of these elements.

    Perhaps I'm not editing the stylesheet properly, but firebug seems to show only one selector for this.

    Bottom line, I want a white background for my header, but I would also like the hover effect on this button to be a different color. Any insight into making this happen is much appreciated.

    Hi,

    For the "Learn More" buttons:
    Add this CSS snippet to the bottom of your child theme stylesheet:

    .centric-pro-charcoal .home-widgets .more-link:hover {
    		background-color: #13afdf;        /* <--- change this value */
    }

    Your menu items remain white on the white header background when hovered (also for the current page menu item)

    To control the colour for these scenarios:
    Find this code in your stylesheet at lines 1269-1273; change the color code indicated.

    .genesis-nav-menu li a:hover,
    .genesis-nav-menu .current-menu-item > a {
    	background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.1);        /* <--- change this value */
    	color: #000;
    }

    Choose your next site design from over 350 Genesis themes.
