    Hi all,
    Be default the centric pro child theme displays a full screen home page. How would i change the css to give the home widget area 1 and background color/image a height of 600px. essentially, make the blue area stop 600px down from the top of the page on the stock centric theme home page. http://my.studiopress.com/themes/centric/#demo-full

    unfortunately, my site is being locally developed and i cannot share it.

    thanks a lot,
    tom

    Find this in your stylesheet:

    .home-featured .wrap {
    margin-top: -160px;
    max-width: 782px;
    display: table;
    text-align: center;
    }

    and try changing it to this:

    .home-featured .wrap {
    margin-top: -160px;
    max-width: 782px;
    display: table;
    text-align: center;
    height: 600px !important;
    }

    Keep in mind, this will affect the mobile responsiveness of the theme and may cause things to look wonky on phones and tablets. Hope that helps!
