    I am racking my brain about how to have a specific image post next to the post title once assigned to a specific category like it does in the Blissful theme. I working with Beautiful Pro. I have managed to figure out how to get a picture to show beside each post title, but it's the same picture, I want them to be different. My site link is http://laff-o-matics.com/

    This is what I have in the CSS so far and am wondering how do I add a category to each so that it functions the way I want.

    .featured-content .entry-title {
            font-size: 24px;
            font-size: 3.2rem;
            line-height: 1.2;
            background: #fff url(http://laff-o-matics.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/cat-news.png) no-repeat left;
            height: 47px;
            margin: 0 0 10px -30px;
            padding: 4px 0 0 120px;
    }

    It's showing the news picture beside each post, but I also have a category for pictures and videos that I want to show their own image beside the post title.

    I recently did this on a client site, set up this way:

    /* Category Icons
    --------------------------------------------- */

    .category-food .entry-title {
            background: url(domain.com/images/food-icon-small.png) no-repeat top left;
    }

    .category-shopping .entry-title {
            background: url(http://domain.com/images/shopping-icon-small.png) no-repeat top left;
    }

    Hopefully that helps.
