Hi, I am using the Parallax Pro Theme and I am having trouble with the homepages' background images.

I had the theme setup the way I wanted on my localhost and uploading background images worked fine. Now you can find the site at: http://www.timetoplaymovie.com.

Everything worked fine and looked exactly as it did on my local page until I decided to change the background image in one of the widget areas. So I went to Customize>Background Images, chose the drop down an tried to drop or select a file and nothing happened.

I tried other browsers and it wouldn't work. I then deleted the theme and uploaded it again, which didn't work, either, and I've also tried to replace the bg-1.jpg/bg-3.jpg/bg-5.jpg in the themes images folder with my own images.

Now everything looks like a whole mess and I still haven't got those images where I want them.

How do I get my own images up there? What did I do wrong? Any help is appreciated.

I'm pretty new at a lot of this, and this is my first time using this template. The only thing that worked for me was to go into my file manager at my host, find the images in their folder delete them, upload the ones I wanted to use and rename them bg-1.jpg, bg-2.jpg and bg-3.jpg. I was very frustrated too. You would think that a feature as important as this one for this theme would work perfectly. Hope this helps.

That really did work. So I actually had to delete the images instead of just replacing them… Thank you!
