I'm using the NewsPro theme and would like to set up two separate blogs with their own posts (and menu buttons) on one site. How do I do this? Thank you!

You can't have 2 blogs per se because WordPress stores all post content, regardless of what they are for, in the same tables. But you can assign blog posts to categories and each category can have its own pages. buttons, etc. https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/category/
