I have a custom post type that uses the normal WordPress title
However, these titles will be used for domain names.
Basically, I need to find a way to wrap a <span> tag around the second word in a domain but here's the problem, because it's a domain name, there won't be a space between words but each new world will start with a capital letter.

    For example:
    DomainName.com

Notice how I've wrapped a tag around the second word.

If anyone knows how on earth I could achieve this, but ONLY on a custom post type, I would be very grateful. Me, I wouldn't know where to even start.

I'm guessing I will need some combination of css/javascript/php to achieve this.

    I forgot to mention...
This needs to happen dynamically because it will be visitors who fill in this custom post type.

I think you could do this using a String function http://php.net/manual/en/ref.strings.php
