I am trying to set up the cafe pro theme for http://www.completefitness.in. I was following the instructions, but didn't see how the social media icons in the footer in the demo (http://my.studiopress.com/themes/cafe/#demo-full) were set up. Any pointers?

I believe that is a navigation menu. Check the configuration for the footer navigation menu.
