    Hi everybody,

    I have installed the Business Pro theme and I am trying to make the homepage widget-5 text central. The title is great but you will notice that the text I have added into the widgets are slightly aligned the left.

    Website: https://dev.capatex.com/

    I have tried making adjustments in the Style Sheet in the theme editor but nothing seems to change.

    Does anybody know the CSS I need to use and where to put it? I am not very good at this.

    Thank you so much for your time and support.

    Regards,

    Ross

    Hello,

    Just a quick note to say I have managed to central the text by using this code in the actual widget:

    <p style="text-align: center;">Ultrasonic Welding</p>

    Many thanks.

    Nothing wrong with doing it that way , but you could add some css to save adding that every time. The thing to check when your adding css and not seeing the changes is the browser cache or even a cache plugin. They will have you running in circles and wasting so much time thinking you've got it wrong. Try clearing your browser cache after adding css and see if the changes show up. Don't use a cache plugin if your developing a site until it's ready to go live. Chrome DEV tools , when open , can disable the cache in settings.

    You could try this after removing the inline styles. This will apply to all text widgets used in front-page-5

    .front-page-5 .textwidget {
     text-align: center;
    }
