Is there a way to bulk edit Genesis settings in the pages? For example, I need to select "noindex" for multiple pages at a time.

At this moment in time, no, there isn't. Adding is a relatively substantial task, so it's not a quick plugin solution either unfortunately.

Thanks Gary, Do you know if those settings get transferred when you import/export to another website?

Which settings? Bulk edit ones are just a different UI to accessing post meta / custom fields, so yes, they would get transferred.

I mean the Genesis Robot Meta Settings. Do those get transferred?

The per-post settings are all post meta / custom fields, so yes.
