BuddyPress Styling with Infinity Pro – Any Developers?

Hello,

I'm developing a lead gen website for my real estate business and am incorporating BBpress and Buddypress for the community/social aspect of it. I have all the other pieces of the technology figured out, working, and can update the CSS as needed. I'm using Infinity Pro the carry over CSS to BBP and BP look horrible! Updating that CSS and style is beyond my skill.

I came across this theme:

OneSocial Theme

If you click on "Forums" and "activity" (under the avatar), you'll see some very clean and well formatted pages. I'd love to have a similar look and feel for my BP and BBP sections.

1) Any recommendations for plugins or other genesis related items that could make something like this work?

2) Any recommendations for developers familiar with Genesis, BBP, and BP that can do some custom coding?
