I am working with a new client. I am their 3rd webmaster. They have asked me to add the quote collection plugin. When I add the plugin to the outreach pro theme. The main content disappears. I have tried the 2019 template and everything works as it should. So I'm not sure what to do to fix the error.

No offense, but I am a professional web developer. I have been designing both static and cms templates in html/php since 1988. This is the first time working with the genesis/outreach pro template system. I have asked the studio press staff for help since their system is not laid out like the traditional WP templates are laid out. But they were no help.

And since the supplied 2019 template that comes with WP works correctly. I am just trying to understand the way studio press have their templates laid out. I have looked in every file for the outreach pro template and didn't find where the main content is placed, so I can debug the issue. So I believe that the issues could be in their genesis framework. But again there is no one that will tell me what file to look at.

I just checked you site and can see that the quote collection files are loading and the site appears to be fine. What I don't see loading is the Outreach Pro style sheet, which is very odd.

If you haven't fixed the issue, please provide an example where you're seeing the problem.

I have the quote hard coded into the main content. Here are the pictures from the site. The first one is what the main page should look like - it does show the quote. But the second one has the plugin in added and you can see that the main content and the right hand column disappears. Only the quote shows.

I used photo shop to create an image of what my client wants. Hope this helps.

Vic, I can setup an account for you to look at the back end if you don't mind.

Thanks Zachary, but I can't help you if it requires access to the back end of a site. Everyone that answers questions on this site is a community volunteer with no affiliation to Studio Press.

I don't mind answering questions at all if it's something I can see from the front end or have an understanding of through my own experiences. Beyond that though, I only provide support for my paid clients. As another professional developer, I hope you understand.
