I have a web page that has content that is bounded by a <div> so that there is a border around it.

Here is the code I used...

<div style="background-color: #ffffff; width: 713px; padding: 15px; margin: 5px auto; border: 1px solid grey; text-align: left;">..............Page Content............</div>

The page displays correctly when viewed in Firefox. For some reason, the border does not so up when the page is viewed on Internet Explorer.

Is there any other way I could code this so that it displays properly on all browsers?

Box border is appearing fine in Internet Explorer 9, are you using older version of IE to preview website ?
