I have Genesis / Prose Child Theme. When I change the font size for the Block Quotes (Genesis / Design Settings) and save, the quote size is not changing on the webpage. the setting looks like it saved on the design settings page. So I have it set for font size = 52, but it remains on the web page at font size 32.

Last week I didn't have that issue.

    Anyone have any suggestions?

You haven't changed the blockquote size at all. Your blockquote is set for 16px. It inherits the size from the body element. You also have your blockquote text wrapped in a h3 tag that has a size of 24px. Since the h3 tag is inside the blockquote, it takes the priority.
