    Please help me design top menu + right menu and header like to Arganoil.co
    My site is: Arganoil.vn and i use Blissful theme!

    You'll need to reiterate and translate the CSS that is on your original theme to correctly modify your new themes menu. You'll also have to migrate the images you used. For example the list item that is active on your old site uses this:

    background-image: url("images/menuitem.png");

    That would be applied to:

    #nav li a:hover, #nav li a:active, #nav .current_page_item a, #nav .current-cat a, #nav .current-menu-item a

    You'll also have to take into account the height of the buttons, font, position and padding of the links etc...
