    I have been using the Bit.ly plugin for posts and it's disappeared off my posts for some reason. I've checked and the plugin is still installed and activated. I've deactivated and reactivated and it's still not there. I've checked the settings and the "Show the Quick Copy button on posts?" is set to Yes.

    Any suggestions on this??

    The bit.ly plugin hasn't been supported for some time. It was last updated in 2013 and is compatible only up to WordPress 3.5.2. Your should probably look for another shortener.

    Ok will look for a new service. I'm assuming those that all my bit.ly codes i've used in Facebook & Twitter will no longer work??

    Recommendation for a good shortener? I've done a search and found a couple including http://yourls.org/ but not sure if any good.
