Best method to create drop down like winning-agent theme?

I want to create a drop down like the winning-agent theme, now i know they are using the AgentPress Listings plugin, i tried doing a form using gravity forms plugin but doesn't look close to it. I will like to have a drop down for services and then a email will be send, it will be like a quick estimate email form or should i have a calculator? Is there a plugin that work like this?

Gravity Forms will do this. You need to make sure you select "Dropdown".

I did that but it looks nothing like the wining agent.

You'll need to style the gravity form similarly

Yup. As Coral said, you'll need to style the CSS of the dropdown to match.
