    On the homepage of the Bee Crafty theme, when you hover over one of the gallery images, it raises to reveal the Post Title and the Author. I'd like to replace this with the Post Excerpt. Is there a way to do this?

    Yes, you can make those edits in home.php in the boxgrid div
