    I would like to remove the header in the beautiful theme. How is this done? (I want to keep the lower background image).

    Thanks for the help. That worked like a charm. I have one question, though:

    That code didn't disable the "header and footer scripts" that I access through my dashboard (genesis -> bottom of page), right? This is where I've connected analytics before. That's why I'm asking.

    No, using the code @Davinder provided you will no loose the scripts functionality.

    The scripts are hooked in the wp_head() and wp_footer() hooks.

    Header and Footer Scripts functionality will work as usual. Won't be affected with the above code.
